You can't give away what you don't have.
You can only fake it for so long before you're eventually found out to be a phony.
Leadership is more than being gifted.
Most of true leadership involves character.
Character is developed by training and practice.
Leadership is not a way for insecurity people to feel important.
Leadership involves being willing to eat last, stay up later, pray more, fast more often, take and handle criticism, and face real persecution so that others have a visual example of what the Life of Jesus looks like in the skin of someone else.
