Being A Leader Of Leaders...

Looks can be deceiving.
For reasons I will never know some people have the romantacized view that  being a leader is an impressive thing to be.
Being a true leader, a servant leader is anything but impressive.
It will cost you your life, all of it.
True leadership is not a choice, it's a call that God chooses to give.
True leadership is not us getting it by going to college and getting a degree (and I enjoyall levels of schooling and higher education).
Leadership is not for the faint of heart.
If you can do anything else... do it!
Except, if you're called to lead there's nothing else you want to do... even though it hurts.
We need leadership because it sets a standard to follow.
If it's in the mud, then most of the people will be in the mud, too.
The opposite is true... Praise God.
Let us be like Jesus (and Ezra) and allow ourselves to truly identify with those we are called to lead.
