Removing the negative influence of the fear of people/man is best done by the love of God crowding it out from the inside out. 
Perfect love (God's love) casts out all fear.
To be fearful of others is proven to be a spiritual snare that is designed to choke God's life giving Word and Kingdom out of us.
God saves us from being ensnared by fear.
Learning to live without ungodly fear is a process worth pursuing.
Be encouraged.
Be a real, risk taker/faith walker!
