This week is all about the female pelvis and its healing, in which I have an honest chat with Jane Dancey about how she has found her own route to heal her prolapse. She’s a somatic yoga coach and facilitator specialising in women’s well being, especially the pelvis, when it goes wrong as well as exploring the good stuff, like pleasure and sexuality. She shares her journey to find a juicy inner-life through practising and teaching yoga and the low-down on how to heal pelvic disfunction in a respectful and holistic way. Jane shares:
If you are experiencing any menstrual symptoms or pelvic pain that gives you concern, please go and get it checked out with your doctor, GP or specialist.
Jane has a helpful breathing practice to explore the relationship between the breathing diaphragm and the pelvic floor here and you can find out more about her Embodied Female Pelvis course here.
