Inside Menopausal Relationships with Joanna Groves

Menopause is a time when we see very clearly what is not working in our lives, and naturally, this shows up a lot in our intimate relationships. It’s confusing enough for us, but our poor partners often end up feeling bemused and abandoned.

I got together with couples therapist and trainer Joanna Groves to find out how to talk to your partner about what’s happening and how partners of menopausal people can understand what’s going on and how to move forward together. 

 We talk about how to communicate, how to be an ally for your menopausing partner and how to heal your sex life too.

Joanna is a rare bird, a therapist is totally down to earth and can also hold the deeper levels of wounding and trauma that we carry.

 She gives us loads of great tips on how to actually cope in our relationship when things are tough.
