Jack leads our Sales Development teams here at Leyton UK and in Morocco, and from the day I met Jack he has spoken passionately about Coaching Culture and the value of investing in his peoples development. When I heard about how coaching has featured throughout different times in his life, and how he has refined his own coaching skillset it was clear we needed to have him on the podcast to talk about that journey and how it has benefited his teams.
