277. Fractured Elbow, Sterling’s Anniversary, Traveling, Stepping back from business – LIFE UPDATE

In this episode, I share recent experiences, from a gym mishap where I fractured my elbow during a warm-up exercise to enjoying summer travels with family in Colorado. As the one-year anniversary of my son Sterling's passing approaches, I'm contemplating how to celebrate his life authentically and find joy amidst grief. Uncertain about my online presence, I've decided to take a step back from social media and prioritize my role as a supportive wife and mother while my husband's business grows. Embracing this new direction, I'm excited for the future and open to creative paths while cherishing cherished memories and family moments.
