Heidi started as a college professor. After her son was born, she needed a consistent work schedule from 9-5. Instead she ended up working retail. Then she went back to school to get her PhD in Instructional Design. An amazing thing happened, she got an ID job while still going to school . This didn't really ignited her passion, instead she found a job as a leader leading other ID's where she makes the most impact.
