In this episode I talk with Bev Densham, who is an author and mindfulness Pilates teacher of 24 years. Two near death experiences and divorce guided her to heal & inspire others with her mindfulness Pilates zoom studio with meditation, mindset, journaling & positive affirmations. Helping reduce back pain & to help more entrepreneurs to be strong in mind, body & business, is the soul purpose of Bev’s business. She has also created a mindfulness Pilates podcast and is founder of the Happy Kids cards and Happy & Calm cards to help children and adults live happily ever after.

Key Takeaways

Bev focused on personal development and healing. Doing meditation, mindful pilates, affirmations, reading, learning, journaling and visualising has helped her immensely on her journey.

Wealth is an attitude, it's not a destination.

Know what your money archetypes are helps you understand why there can be such conflicts going on.

In money archetypes, both accumulator and ruler don't particularly like spending money they like saving their money. Investment doesn't come naturally saving does.

There's always so many more things to do and create and be inspired and help the world with.

Very often we beat ourselves up when we make mistakes, when actually, mistakes are the only thing that we learn from. Mistakes are gifts, gifts for moving forward rather than something to berate ourselves with.
