#07 Time to Meet Your Future Self

In this episode, I will be discussing how to meet your Future Self, today. Really connecting with your Future Self, emotionally and visually is a key way to create the drive and motivation needed, to achieve the goals you want for your future self.

I will provide ways to visualise the Future You, which will allow you the focus and space to really lean into the life you want to create and the action you need to take, to get there.

Becoming Future Focussed is the key to creating intentional action and maintaining motivation, on what can be a journey of numerous diversions.
