There have been a lot of times where I've said, "I wish I could have found more on this person." Today is not one of those days. I know more than I ever need to know about this gross German troll. Joachim Kroll. Even his name is gross. This little prick did move away from some of the usual stereotypes about serial killers, so I guess he's at least a bit unique. But yet again, his success was more about police incompetence. Enjoy!
