seasonal sadness and realizing I'm not all that happy with life

a solo chat on the struggles of seasonal sadness and questioning what's working (and what's not) in life. I share my experience fleeing the cold of Pennsylvania for the warm of Texas ... only to realize that seasonal sadness isn't always weather dependent. sometimes this means asking ourselves the hard questions and diving deep into what's actually happening in our life.
