Following the recent publication of ‘Patient Safety: Improving Safety Out of Hours’ document, Greg and Sesi are joined by Beth Lineham, Orthopaedic Registrar and co-author of the report, to discuss some of the salient points identified in the survey. They discuss key issues highlighted and some examples of good practice noted in the survey.
