Le'ts Talk Disability - Interview with James Barclay

Welcome to the Bonus Episode of Season 2 of "Let's Talk about Disability".

In today's podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing James Barclay, a disability advocate and 999 Call operator for the North-west Ambulance service.

James was diagnosed with Autism and dyspraxia at a young age, always having an awareness of himself and his surroundings from as young as he can remember.

In 2022 James got offered a Job being a call operator. Where he describes it as the most hard-working but rewarding job out there, although just like anyone else with autism and dyspraxia, he still requires support within the workplace which we talk about during the interview.
