Closure is something we make up in our minds. Yes. It's the idea that if someone else gives us the answers we want, we'll feel better about the breakup or whatever we're going through. Buuuuut closure has to come from YOU. And today I'm talking about the illusion of closure and how to "take your power back" when it comes to moving on!
