Decision-making is like a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it gets. We make decisions every day, but we have an especially difficult time when it comes to things like changing jobs, leaving relationships or moving.
Why is this? There's an endless amount of reasons we go back-and-forth, weigh our options and gather opinions of the people around us. But they can all be reduced to 2 things: lack of clarity and fear. Today we're talking about why these things stop us from making decisions and what to do to move the process forward.
