RYMING with Mel

In this episode our beautiful friend, Mel shares about her experience when her dog, Lottie got pregnant (by accident!) and she supported her with the birth of 9 puppies. How this experience, her health journey, her work, and her general way of being support her to surrender more and more each day and face challenging and unexpected situations with flow and ease. This episode was recorded in the home Hanna had for a few weeks in Portugal, where Mel was the greatest blessing of a room mate!
