This week is a doozy! It was inspired from a reading given to us entitled “Using Others to Stop Your Pain.” Yep. Sometimes we don’t even realize that we are looking to others to be the source of our happiness or to stop our pain. Focusing back on ourselves shows us the place of our personal power and enables us to find real solutions as well as true joy.
