Nina sat down with Connie Tingson Gatuz, Phd., a higher education leader, facilitator, and innovator.  Tingson Gatuz is the current chair of the Michigan ACE Network. She is also the Associate Vice President of Student Life at the University of Michigan.   We talked about her journey into leadership, the importance of mentorship and the glass cliff in higher education leadership.
