Nina spoke with Charles Su-Wah-Sing, a certified leadership and life coach who guides individual leaders, teams and couples to the fullest expression of their humanity. 

Nina and Charles explored the current challenges facing men and in particular men of color. Charles shared about his own journey into men’s work and coaching. They also talked about their hopes for the future.
