Episode 33:  Why is school based on memorization? (Feb. 16)

There are hundreds of small, easy facts that children should know.  Remembering these makes it simpler to understand and retain more complicated facts.

Children are cheated and handicapped when schools deprive them of academic memories. That is, knowledge.

Don't blame the kids. Blame irresponsible schools.

Let's Fix Education explains to Americans why their schools are so bad. The people in charge prefer mediocrity because they are socialists of one kind or another. If people work together to promote real education, we'll have it.
