He also talks about what makes him feel heard and how open dialogue really impacted his health concerns and allowed him to better understand his health journey.

Zac really emphasizes what this podcast is all about when he says, “you never know if telling my story can help someone else...these ‘taboo’ topics are always the most misunderstood and would benefit the most from talking about”.
