Marv McGuire is a real estate investor based in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Marv loves connecting with and helping people.  Marv served 25 years in the United States Navy.  He holds Masters Degrees in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Political Science, from the United States Naval Academy.  Marv and his wife of 31 years, Victoria, founded Heartsill Capital Partners to help people multiply their financial freedom and build legacy-changing wealth by passively investing in high-value multifamily real estate opportunities.  He prides himself on his ability to develop meaningful long-term relationships by helping others achieve their goals.
