Arielle "Dani" Lebovitz, MS, RDN, CSSD, CDE is a mom and registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in hands-on experience-based education for children and their families. She is the children's book author of "Where Do Bananas Come From? A Book of Fruits" and "Where Does Broccoli Come From? A Book of Vegetables," a colorful encyclopedia-type guidebook series that invites taste buds on adventures in discovery of new foods. Dani holds a master's degree in Health Communications as well as specialty certifications in diabetes education and sports nutrition. As a military spouse and self-proclaimed foodie, she loves to travel with her husband, three daughters, and two poodles, exploring food markets in search of unique tastes and textures.
