Jena received her Bachelor of Science and completed her dietetic internship with a nutrition education concentration at the University of Northern Colorado. Before that, she earned certifications from the Institute of the Psychology of Eating and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition that enabled her to practice as an Integrative Health Coach. Jena has maintained a private nutrition practice and serves as the lead nutrition instructor for Albemarle county’s community education program.
