Dog lover, lawyer, business owner, energy practitioner and leadership coach. Wow what a fusion - meet Emma Stanley!  I love this visionary lady and the different mix of talents and passions that she is embodying in life and business.

Emma failed her first year studying law and now owns her own law firm in New Zealand specialising in residential property. After a number of years of running her legal business, Emma felt a calling to the ‘next thing’ but she didn’t know what that was, having reached the ceiling in her legal practice with nowhere further up the ladder to go. Emma turned to spirituality, something which she had been curious about for a long time, particularly in terms of how to merge business with the spiritual side of things. This led Emma to undertake her energy healing training and she became the first New Zealand based Marconics energy practitioner. 

Emma now has these two distinct businesses; a law firm and an energy + coaching business yet she admirably fuses the two in many ways. I love how Emma takes a holistic approach in managing her legal team with the wisdom she has gained from her spiritual journey, for example, by really prioritising wellbeing. Emma works hard not to repeat patterns that she did not admire in traditional law firms when it comes to managing her team by leading in a visionary new way. She has also found that legal contacts have been curious about Emma’s spiritual side and has even provided energy sessions to some contacts such as banking consultants and property agents.
