Estate litigation is tricky business, there's no doubt about it. Not only tricky but very much an emotionally charged legal dispute. Now, often it can be the case that a person who wants to challenge the estate may live in Queensland, New South Wales, or any other state for that matter, but the estate or at least a significant part of is located in another state. So, the question is, if I'm in QLD for example, but want to instigate legal proceedings for an estate in NSW, can I do it?
