In this episode, Joseph talks about the connection of family and practice. Having a family doesn't necessarily mean not having time for your own practice anymore. Being present in the life of his children is very important to him and taught him a lot about effectiveness and good organisation, but also not to be too much concerned about his own growth. It is a lot about connecting the parts of your life, instead of separating them.
