The Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) is Australia’s multicultural public broadcasting service across a range of media. Brett Archer, their Capability Development leader, discusses how they have taken a strengths-based approach to leadership development. He has extended this to identify and leverage organisational strengths for learning purposes.
