As an experienced school leader, the love of children and the compassion of her colleagues keep her going. For her education is building a value system for an individual and this can only happen in a happy environment. Happy teachers, happy children and the best possible environment make the school the best place to be. Being a people-first person is a firm believer of strong bonds amongst stakeholders and not systems that make a great institution.
