He recollects his long years as a Housemaster, how the 24x7 environment shapes the lives of young people, the emotional connect and perhaps an understanding more in-depth than parents have with their wards. Young people have ideas that adults are not able to fathom; we all have to learn from each other and build a more compassionate world.
