Slovak lesson
1.     The Present Tense of the Verb “volať sa” (to call oneself)

 Singular:                                   Plural:
volám sa (I call myself)                 voláme sa (we call ourselves)
voláš sa (you call yourself)         voláte sa (you call yourselves)
volá sa (he calls himself,               volajú sa (they call themselves)
she calls herself, it calls itself)  

2.     The Present Tense of the Verb “umývať sa” (to wash oneself)
Singular:                                        Plural:
umývam sa (I wash myself)           umývame sa (we wash ourselves)
umývaš sa (you wash yourself)   umývate sa (you wash yourselves)
umýva sa (he washes himself,      umývajú sa (they wash themselves)
she washes herself, it washes itself)

3.     The Present Tense of the Verb “učiť sa” (to learn oneself)

Singular:                                    Plural:
učím sa (I lear myself)                učíme sa (we learn ourselves)
učíš sa (you learn yourself)     učíte sa (you learn yourselves)
učí sa (he learns himself,          učia sa (they learn themselves)
she learns herself, it learns itself)

 4.     The Present Tense of the Verb “česať sa” (to comb oneself)

 Singular:                                    Plural:
češem sa (I comb myself)             češeme sa (we comb ourselves)
češeš sa (you comb yourself)     češete sa (you comb yourselves)
češe sa (he combs himself,           češú sa (they comb themselves)
she combs herself, it combs itself)

1. Prepáčte, voláte sa Ján Varga?
2. Nie, volám sa Štefan Majer.
3. Deti, umývate sa každé ráno?
4. Áno, umývame sa každé ráno.
5. Češú sa chlapci?
6. Iba niektorí chlapci sa češú.
7.  Učitelia učia a študenti sa učia.
8. Čo sa učíš?
9. Učím sa slovenský jazyk.
