Have you ever wanted to talk about your family to a native Slovak but didn’t know where to start because you needed Slovak words for it? Today we are going to learn some of these words, plus a few sentences about family. Before that, I want to talk a little bit more about my hometown of Michalovce that has a really interesting history. Do you want to know how many castles Michalovce had in the past? Nie, nemáme žiadne deti.               No, we do not have children.
Koľko máte detí?                                 How many children do you have?
Máme dve deti.                                    We have two children.
