"And the amount of hard work that we're doing, if we do not get paid this, you know, the way we are working hard, it does not fit, it does not create a balance in our life or also in our minds. You know, we are mentally exhausted because of that. Now, the first job didn't give me a glowing career of Course, but it gave me something better. You know, it gave me clarity."
