Standing Up to Slut Shaming

Manda and Meleah sit down to discuss reclaiming the word “slut.” Manda describes a recent personal experience with slut shaming that caused her to question, “is the way I show up and express my sensuality too much?” Meleah considers how she shares sensual images online and the way they inspire, intimidate, and provoke others. In both experiences, we choose to own our erotic power because we know that a fuller life and freedom from patriarchal body control is possible when we own our slutness.
