I’m excited to share my conversation with the next guest to join me as part of the donothing podcast Wisdom Series, Patricia Karpas. Patricia is the co-founder of the 5-Star rated Meditation Studio app, which is now part of the Muse meditation family. She’s also the host of the popular mindfulness podcast, Untangle.
In this episode, I dig into her vast wealth of mindfulness knowledge including how meditation can make us better leaders, why we need to be kinder to ourselves, and what advice she has when it comes to getting a better night’s sleep.
We’ll also discuss some of the scientific studies she researched while developing her meditation programs, which authors and thinkers she loves, plus more great insights on living a more mindful life.
Enjoy Patricia’s words of wisdom!
In this week’s donothing podcast, you’ll learn:
