In this episode, Dr. Joe Sanders talks with Noel Ginsburg, the CEO of CareerWise, a nonprofit in Denver that focuses on providing the best opportunities for young people through apprenticeship. Noel explains how an apprenticeship can benefit schools, students, and businesses, changing the way we view higher education in America and adding actual job experience to theoretical school knowledge. Noel also discusses his path to founding CareerWise, the company’s plans for expansion, and the importance of its Equity First program.
