I've been intending to talk about leadership traits and authentic leadership in particular for some while now, but my work at Deloitte University this week provided a perfect catalyst for this episode.  Authenticity in the workplace was a significant topic of discussion and I consequently thought it would be a perfect subject to cover in this week's thematic episode of the show.
