How Do I Become A Leader: Hey Leader, Who Are You?

Episode #581: Let’s talk about leadership vulnerabilities. Authentic leaders are vulnerable. If you step in as a new leader of a company, you will definitely hear the question, “WHO ARE YOU?”. And you might actually respond by saying all of your accomplishments to impress them. But that’s a big NO!

If you want to lead them the right way, BE HONEST,  and BE HUMAN. Let them know that you have vulnerabilities and that you are not perfect. And guess what? Give them confidence! Because if you are a leader who is surrounded by a confident team, who knows what you can accomplish?
