Getting Feedback: Take this Small RISK

Episode #649: I want you to say this with me, “I NEED LOVING CRITICS”. Getting feedback is too risky. Let me tell you that. You need to open yourself up to new information and accept the RISK that is out there. This is critical because if you trust people and they love you enough to give you honest feedback, that will be meaningful and you will become a BETTER LEADER.
