Courageous Leadership: You Have Some Courage

Episode #621: Eleanor Roosevelt once said “You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you stop, and you really stop, and you look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along. You must do the thing that you think you cannot do.”

Courage is actually much more prevalent than we think it is. It’s something that every person has. Courage may be precious but IT IS NOT RARE. So what can we do to bring that courage from the inside out? Courage is not all about being fearless, is all about being able to CONTROL YOUR FEAR.
