Courageous Leadership: Personal Courage is Contagious

Episode #624: We will end the week with a story. Hey Friends! Listen to this: PERSONAL COURAGE is CONTAGIOUS. If I see you becoming more courageous, all of a sudden I think I need to do that too. Anytime you have courage, other people around you will be courageous as well.

If you’re not choosing courage, you’re hurting yourself but even more, you’re hurting your family, the people around you, and you’re hurting your team. Because if you have enough guts to do this, they will join you in that. What is a small area that I can show courage and then others can be inspired by that?
