Episode #603: “If you want to maintain, have a secretary run this organization”. How stupid is that? My thought process was, I want to dominate and doing the next big thing and didn’t realize that there are times for going full force and rest. I love challenges so much that I’ve looked past that the organization that I’m leading.
In fact, the more people report they actively search outside the boundaries of their organizations for innovative ways to improve what’s going on, the more effective and engaged they feel in their workplaces.
