Episode 4: Guest: Shraddha is the founder of a startup called Psyckindle which focuses on Mental health care,  career guidance and skill development. However, this entrepreurial journey is new.  She is Plant Pathologist. She is been awarded by the Indian Society of Mycology and Plant Pathology for best research. But her calling was different and moved to Skill training and Career Support Consultancy.  

She shares about the challenges that she had to face and how the team of women has started a revolution of change.

Shraddha also talks about the style of leadership which has evolved over the last two decades and how emerging leaders need to continue their growth journey by being open to risk and always starting with the WHY
