Our Guest on this week’s episode is Mr. Pronab Chakraborty, General Manager, National Electrical Industries Co LLC, Oman. Pronab has had a very distinguished career spanning over 4 decades in the manufacturing sector, and across countries. Pronab started his career with Tata Motors, and has served various companies ever since. In another conglomerate, Siemens, Pronab rose up the ranks to become Chief Manager. Thereafter, he worked for Voltamp Engineering Oman where he rose to the position of General Manager within a span of 11 years. For the last 9 years, Pronab has been taking care of  the complete business at National Electrical Industries in Oman. 

In this episode, Pronob shares his insights into leadership, culture and challenges which have shaped his Leadership style and how #emergingleaders can adapt in different roles and cultures.
