Leadership is difficult even during stable and predictable times. Leadership in a crisis is the quintessential leadership challenge. There are no handy fool-proof guides on how to deal with a unique crisis situation. This podcast series aims to shine a light on different dimensions of crisis leadership and provide insight into both challenges and solutions in stormy times.  These programs were produced by students at the Stockholm School of Economics as a part of their Master course “Leading Change”, led by course director Dr. Andrew Schenkel.
