Jan began his corporate career in Operations and ‘accidentally’ found himself in a string of senior HR roles at Hilton International Hotels, PepsiCo and Office Depot. He left Corporate after 15 years to build a leadership development and coaching organization that worked with companies to build their organizational capacity, grow their people and improve their financial results.
