My guest is Cynthia Jamieson. Cynthia is an experienced HR Leader, Executive Coach and Podcast host. Cynthia has been a leader and supported leaders at all levels on all the people problems for over 35 years from the front line to the C-Suite; so, it's safe to say that her perspective is unique because she has seen, heard, and often cleaned up the steps and missteps leaders make in the world of work. Currently, Cynthia helps New Leaders master the skills they need to navigate leadership and life.
