Can you imagine packing up your whole life and your child and leaving your home because staying in a basement with bombs raining down outside is simply not an option? Can you imagine not being able to find a comparable position and salary in your new country? For some of you listening, you CAN imagine this. Unfortunately, for so many Ukrainian citizens and other people displaced by war around the world, these experiences are common.
My guest is Nadiia Lagutina, an experienced Senior HR leader who is familiar with all the best HR practices and policies, and who knows how to effectively apply them in the workplace.
She was previously a senior HR leader in a massive global organization headquartered in Europe. She also holds 2 Masters degrees - one in Finance and one in Psychology. Nadiia recently relocated to Canada from Ukraine because the war forced her to leave the country.
