Diljot is a global HR leader with 16 years’ experience in bringing teams and leaders together to build great companies & communities, across diverse industries in Asia, Middle East and America. She currently leads People & Culture (as Head of HR) for SB Energy, a renewable energy company that develops, constructs, and owns & operates some of the largest and most technically advanced renewable projects across the United States. While at SoftBank, Diljot partnered with innovative technology led start-ups, founders, CXOs and investors to build organizations from scratch, establish the culture of DEI, and drive growth.
Her FMCG stint at SABMiller/ABInBev saw her launch several industry leading initiatives, including ‘Brew-a-Career’, a unique campus connect initiative. As a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt, she led the Best Employers Study, Hewitt’s flagship Survey with highest participation in 2011. She is currently a Mentor for HR30under30 - a unique 'Young HR Leader Certification' Journey for 2023. She won the 40-Under-40 HR Leader award in 2019.
